The software should allow me to set a sync schedule that will check for changes every few minutes. I know Windows 10 has a sync capability, but it is not enabled for Windows 10 Home so I need a single solution that I can install on each Windows 10 system.
Thank you all for the advice. I did install FreeFileSync on my laptop and it seems to be working fine so far. I configured it to run as a batch job, via task scheduler, at login and every 10 minutes. I plan to install and test it on my desktop later this week.

The installer includes a glibc, libstdc++ (static) x86_64 build, and completely static Android NDK builds (bionic libc, LLVM libc++) for x86, x86_64, ARMv6+, ARM64. On x86_64 it will try to use the glibc build first and fall back to the Android NDK build if that does not work.
The 1st requirement: your QNAP needs lots of RAM. QNAP / Intel claim the processor used in the T451D2 supports maximal 8G RAM.
